LAB TEST REFERRALS
Neither NutriLicious Recovery nor Fortify LLC administers lab tests. The ability to work with lab tests falls outside the scope of a NBC- Health and Wellness Coach.
Because Fortify operates within a network of varying scopes of practice and health professions, including a naturopathic doctor (Dr. Mansi Vira, ND), we are able to get a referral to a specialized lab for those clients that are interested in collecting further data. That referral may require you to book an appointment if you are not already working with someone on the Fortify team. Prices below reflect the cost of the private lab test (not reimbursable be Federal health care), a private lab review/interpretation, along with a strategy planning session.
EXPECTATIONS
Your payment secures the order. The private lab will send you a lab kit which will contain all the items needed for phlebotomy or finger-prick. Once you receive your kit(s) and return mail shipment (approximately 5 business days after your payment), you can take it to a desired location for a blood draw if applicable or self-administer a finger-prick test. (Note: Phlebotomy charges are separate and you may need to schedule an appointment with that center). Once blood has been drawn or finger-prick has been completed, either you or your phlebotomy center can enclose the completed lab into the return mail shipment and send it back to the private lab for processing.
Fortify will receive results approximately 7-14 days after you mail your shipment out. At some point after that, you will be notified and provided secure access to your results, and requested to schedule an appointment to consider a health/ nutrition coaching program.
Referrals cannot be made for residents of New York due to state regulations. Prices are subject to change.
INSURANCE
Neither NutriLicious Recovery / Fortify LLC/ nor Vibrant America Labs participates in, takes assignment, contracts with, or accepts any private insurance.
CANCELLATIONS

In plants, lectins are part of the natural defense against microorganisms, pests, and insects. Lectin sensitivity is when dietary lectins bind together and contribute to microbial imbalances, intestinal permeability (leaky gut), and immune system activation contributing to autoimmune issues, obesity, and cardiovascular disease.
