FORTIFY IMMUNE SUPPORT

Program Package consisting 3 1- hour recorded sessions with a variety of immune supporting strategies, lifestyle recommendations, and methods to fortify the mind, body, and spirit. Each session is made available via Private Facebook group, along with the access to Q&A with both a nutritional therapist and a naturopathic doctor.
WHO IS IT FOR? Anyone and Everyone. This program is discovering how to be the best version of your self – physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. We will explore the concepts of Immunity, Preventative Health, Nutrition, and overall Wellness to help YOU navigate the conflicting information and streamline it for you into three 1-hour sessions. This is a group program with soulful support and introspection. Results are optimal when you and your friend sign up so that you can maintain accountability and have fun at the same time!
WHY SHOULD I DO IT? For optimal health especially during a pandemic, detox programs are not ideal; however UNDERSTANDING what options and strategies are best for you to improve your immune system means you are being defended by the best possible means. While we can’t predict if it will protect you from COVID19, we can say the better your immune system performs, the better your odds on fighting it. Some evidence suggests that the stronger your immune system, the less symptoms you may see. These are BIG reasons to explore strengthening your immune system.
